i like that approach. It's more organic init rather than making this big, huge thing where we have to go and talk to 50 people. So yearly pie at a minimum, and then if quarterlyis even better. Why do we lose a deal? And that can also help you identifyt you know, that sounds like a really interesting story. We've never lost a deal for that reason. I would like to speak to that customer. Fen if you ask, most salespeople are really good about doing that. i think it can kind of almost be daunting if you just o ma ow. But in realities, most markers are probaly doing some of the right fundamentals.
