I've learned something from every podcast, some of the podcasts I've learned a lot. It gives people an opportunity to share things with you that they wouldn't normally share. And also you learn things that people don't want public. There's been times I've interviewed faculty, staff, students, alumni. But it also has actually made me start some of the initiatives I've started in part have been a result of things I've learned through the podcast.
