How to Build a Conversational Chatbot With Hugging Face Transformers

PyTorch is a fantastic set of APIs. It simplifies it to the point where if you want to get started and build something pretty quickly, thoseAPI allow you to do that. You don't have to necessarily go and learn PyTorch from scratch. But I would always recommend to people start with those high level APIs. They're great. And you get something useful pretty quickly out of it.
