The 64 Million Dollar Question in the Aviation Industry

A lot of work's been done about mental health, getting it out in the fore but a lot of it's now box ticking. And this is the 64 million dollar question, isn't it? To move beyond box ticking, to understand the difference between compliance and care for employees. In aviation, the stigma is fed by a very real trest of the loss of one's ability to put food on the table and put a roof over the children's heads.
