The Run Has Changed This Year

The run has changed from 2019 even. There are less aid stations on the bike, also less aid stationson the run. The big one there is I think that 97 mile aid station that's still a long way out. It's going to be crucial that everyone really fuels up there because you can see some carnage at the start of the marathon otherwise. But pros also do have pro aid stations too to supplement those.
