How to Cleanse Your Nasal Throat

Breathing through the nose is a great way to clean out pathagens. The pari sympathetic state, when you're in fight or flight, suppresses your immune system. This can lead to people getting sick after they've come out of their 'fight or flight' mode and are finally able to relax. Anya says she loves high intensity interval training - especially short bursts. She also swims every day so gets like a nature version of a netty pot.
