Both parents are bringing their own story and their own history into their parenting journey. And so often they come from a whole different set of belief systems. So, you know, if one partner believes one thing because of their history, I mean, some partners believe I got spanked when I was a kid but there's nothing wrong with it. You know, just something soft and we can learn how to do that for each other and for our children.
