Three years ago, I probably would have a different answer. As we look back at the last three years, I sometimes say that being the voice of the customer has been the most exciting and the most terrifying three years of my career. But I also think that it taught our profession that we have to be ready to act,. And so I do think that going forward will have learned a lot.
