I've been to, like, the conference gits tike, basically international conference on global food security. He was fairly optimistic that we would be able to handle a ten % short fall. And i said, well, what if it were 20%? Wan for a 30%. And then he was like, oa, you know, we'd be in trouble, and we'd need to do something else. I certainly am aware of the opportunity cost within e a a, that if money goes to alternate foods, then it's not going to something else. Is there any way ther we could incentivize people to provide food in a disaster, even if they're not providing it now
