In a lot of companies i work with, they're very tilted one way or the other. The idea of solving customer problems or being customer centric just sounds like a foreign language to them. When i suggested some rough wording for what their main product vision could be that included that particular customer, there was this silence in the room. So we needed to balance that out. Most road maps are a set of features and dates. We should still have measures of success on re platforming so we know when we're dine. Do you think im good at my job?
