The Edmonton oilers are a more optimised version of their team, sin'e the coaching change. Their rush offence and their inzon offence are both clicking at a pretty strong rate. The big question is whether that defensing colt can hold up. It's not like they're just scoring more goals or actually legitimately playing better. And so as long as they can be literally a 50 % team without mc david on the ice, it might honestly be enough to take them pretty far.
