The Importance of Rate of Weight Loss

There's been more of a push towards like, well, maybe crash dieting and faster rates of weight loss is okay. You're not going to lose all your muscle. You can get really lean doing this as long as you wait train and so on and so forth. But I don't think that a fairly rapid rate of weightloss is absolute suicide in terms of making progress.
