Since the start of the war, ruses oil exports made by sesor on sea ships have fallen dramatically. At the end of march, the figures wear down by about two million barrels a day,. About half of what it usually ships ovher seas. Most of these purchases were made and paid for before the war. So you can expect the amount of oil exports to drop even further in coming weeks.
