It looks like labor abstained from backing the government's proposal, sort of in disgust at all the shenanigans that have been going on. But you're right, it's very unusual to have literally nobody voting against the government plan. And that's because the whole thing has been such a shambles and such a mess and so many hot tempers to day. Just no mat is not often you zero people voting against some things. Very unusual indeed.
