How Do You Define Happiness?

Sally Kohn: My definition of happiness back then was all about achievement. And it was things that I would define today as being rich. So having a flashy car, living in the perfect zip code with the nice big homes and going on fancy vacations to me was the definition of happiness. But when you just strive for achievements, when you're striving for titles and salaries and expensive cars and vacations, well guess what? That will lead to burnout.
