Relationships That Are Already Happier Are More Likely to Open Up

In a study, 60% of respondents had opened up their relationship since the first survey. The relationships that were already happier and people who were happier were more likely to actually open up. And along those same lines, for these people, it did not decrease relationship satisfaction or life satisfaction, but it also didn't necessarily increase it. But they did find that opening up did tend to increase sexual satisfaction,. While sexual satisfaction went down for the people who had not opened up in that interim.
