I think that it's time for a new generation. We've got to leave the baggage and the drama behind. I'm doing this for my husband and his military brothers and sisters, because they need to know their sacrifice meant something. My goal will be to focus on the spending and the debt, but also make sure that I veto any spending bill that doesn't take us back to pre-COVID levels. And you look at all the lawlessness that's happening now in our country -- we need to go back and do what I did as governor and defund e-Verify.
