Speeding or Not Speeding, It's a Good Idea
In texas, the law says that you have to pull over into the neighboring lane if the lane's available. I think most states have got to slow down or pull over for emergency vehicles law in place. Even driving at a general speed limit, all the sudden congestion happens and people putting on their brakes. So speeding or not speeding, it's a good ap to use.
