All patients with incidentally discovered adrenal mass, it should be screened for this subclinical glucocorticoid secretory autonomy. If the patient's hypertensive, they should all be screened for primary aldosteroneism. You're going to be dealing with a false positive test and trying to explain your way out of that. So, those are the three tests I would do for subclinical cushions.
