What's Going on With the Grid in Texas?

i think texas is the perfect breeding ground for it. The state legislature only meets once every two years, right? And they don't get paid. There may be some bad incentives on the grid in texas that are leading to unreliable base load. If we could embrace more nuclear, ah, we'd be, we beset ye wearnt about this.
