The Risk of OTC Trades
There is no clarity in where fair value is and where marks are. With OTC trades, you know, there is an extra risk factor. The reason why they are more riskier is that when you do notice you trade your trading say against a particular family. Now they may be a very wealthy family, but effectively you're relying on other people to settle the trade.
