How to Improve Your Memory During the Pandemic
Recall in the same place that you learned is much more easy to do. So if you were to learn the material in different contexts, you're sort of guaranteeing that maybe the recall of that material will be better. And then sleep for sure. You definitely need that consolidation during sleep to really get the best learning. The other thing that's pretty, that's common from flies even to humans is this idea of space training. That having that space training can really help as well.
