There are people, there are urban planners who do nothing but demographics. They are essentially statisticians. There are economic development,. uh, planners who are, um, you know, halfway to being a finance guy at Goldman Sachs. Uh, there's all sorts of, there are people who are as much an architect as, as the architects that I deal with. So, um, and that's, that's what makes it so, so incredibly interesting.
