How to Solve the Problem From the Ground Up
A lot of women don't have the idea to invest because their female friends don't do it. For male founders or also male operators, it's just different. If your friend already invests in something, then it's much more likely that you listen to him and say, okay, I'm going to do it as well. Women need to get into these good deal flows by creating WhatsApp groups for sharing deals with each other. And thirdly, more role models are showing the way and also 30 networks. It was rather the opposite that people were very happy talking to me; they want a diverse cap table.
