Hannah Jury is the founder of Pepper McGrove and Moss Street Fragrances. She says moving around as a kid made her more resilient too. In fact, Hannah would regularly sleep on a blow-up mattress in her warehouse. Now she's hired someone, a complete stranger, after striking up a conversation while out for a walk.
