I had a tiny idea for a game last week that in my head would be multiplayer and I was like I wonder how feasible it is for an indie developer because obviously they're a small scale multiplayer game so I took the last three days to basically learn how to implement a networked multiplayer. The number one conversation we've had with publishers about Stunt Derby is how many people can you get into one instance of this thing without having to spend a fortune on server costs. Alex told me that apparently the battle bit remastered developers did an AMA on Redis where they talked about the fact that they are running dedicated servers so they have bills of hundreds of thousands of dollars or something like that
