Republicans Are Not Behaving That Much Better, Are They?
Republicans talk a big game about cutting spending but they never actually do it. A balanced budget requires sacrifices, and there is no magical third way to pay off the debt. Donald Trump says that the pain of stopping Biden's out of control spending should be borne by Washington bureaucrats. That's nonsense. There is no cut to the bureaucracy that one could make that could come close to balancing the budget,. But alone paying off the debt will involve cuts.
