The Metaphysical Component of Investing in Your Body

I make a little memetic prediction here. I'm seeing a lot of high status people, particularly in the celebrity world and in the business world who are spending a lot on their physiques. Jeff Bezos is an example. And I think this happens with testosterone replacement therapy as well. But I think fashion is probably the purest form of this example because it's clear that there's very little like actual value underlying. It's probably more of that metaphysical component.
