Is Sea Water a Resource of All the Elements?

Every element of the periodic table will bed solved in sea water. The concentrations are so low that it would take a huge volume of sea water to extract anywhere near the same amount we would get from even a single deposit. In principle, you find more or less a whole periodic table at variable concentrations and they are called poly metallic nodules.
