Last night, Queensland announced plans banning smartphones in state schools from next year. By the ACT, every state and territory in Australia has now introduced a blanket ban on phones in both primary and high schools. But there are experts who don't agree that a blanket ban is the way to go. And this includes how many users have already signed up to Twitter's rival threads. I spent many hours on it last night.
