The main reason developers don't do marketing is they feel it's icky, or they feel like they would not be good at it. I can you that it matters for like, for everybody, for for the companyis for free lancers, for anything. Even if you build your brand as a company, you're going to have much better deal with incoming candidates who know your brand and who are excited to work with you. You just need to market to the people that you could potetually want to work for. That's it. It's everywhere, really, in bou as much better.
