Early Childhood Educators Are Burnt Out
I think it's almost like a trickle down effect. You know, we need early childhood educators in order to raise children in an environment where they're competent and capable. So I think we need to do a better job of understanding and educating people outside of the field so they know what an educator's days look like. And so they can grasp the concept of like, this is why they are burnt out.
