How Do We Retain Our Partners?
i didn't realize how much those themes kind of rubbed off on the firm and i realized overtime that they weren't just yono something to say, thay, actually had some really important meanings. I stopped cause i'd spent so much time talking about something i didn't really intend to. But having those guys, think about and empower them as they sit in unique spots to mould a business is vital. It gives hem some fundamental, kind of, to me, truth principles. And i probably should write em all down and have em all collated and in a little thing d i can just whip through and kind of pull em out. Ah, that'll be another project a the future
