The Scale of the Incubator Model

Gloria Borger: I think this could be really successful is with established creators, not necessarily people who are just getting into the game. So many people who start this journey don't make it work, right? Like they either they don't stick with it or they struggle to build the audience. For something like this to really be worth your time, you'd have to be able to hit a certain level of scale.
