The Urban Rural Divide and Education in America

CNN's John Sutter talks about the urban rural divide and education in this country. He says we focus on black and Latino students when we talk about education because that's where the gap is. Most of academically struggling students in the country are white students, he says. The U.S. would be one of the favorites to win it all if there was some huge big academic Olympics for kids, writes Sutter.
