Are We Using Our Candidates Time Woof?
I went on a little tour and talked to the communications staffer for a lot of the nascent 2024 candidates And at great conversations, they really help You know me. It's just important to check in every now and then these are your former colleagues as well. The only time i'm gonna send my candidate to do a big interview Is when I want it to blow up Like send them on the view so that they get ravaged and attacked on the viewSo that they can fight back But otherwise like i'm not sitting down to 60 minutes. Why would I that's not a good use of my candidates time woof?
