Do We Really Need Radio Waves to Repellade the Galactic Forces?

I was hearing recently that it's unlikely they've even heard our radio waves if there are radians out there just because they would be so far beyond radio most likely. Even with almost a trillion stars in this galaxy any kind of interstellar civilization shouldn't have any problems putting a probe right around every single planet to you. think we have big enough guns to repel a giant space fleet right now maybe they're hoping that we think it was the technology for it we might build that and then the question is do we actually want to help these people how do we know how open only being with us about these things?
