Richard Beasley and Brogan Rafferty

In November 2012, a jury convicted Brogan Rafferty of two dozen criminal counts. The judge told Rafferty that he had been dealt a lousy hand in life, but that he had embraced the evil and sentenced him to life without parole. Richard Beasley was also convicted of murder and was sentenced to death. Throughout his trial, he maintained that he was innocent.
