Are You Predicting Problems?

i think every time i came back into my class or after a sub, i braced myself for what the class room would look like and what the note would say. Ye, i think that's a great example of just not, first off, not anticipating problems. If you go into with that mentality, then you're focusing on the things that went wrong. And inevitably, there were things that went right. There were kids who made better choices. There were things that maybe went better than what you expected.
