Craft, i think, is very important. There's refuge in craft, or there's interesting philosophical e back stops for this notion. But honing your craft, just in itself, the effort of wood shutting and honing the craft in itself is a a source of satisfaction and resilience. It never lasts if it's just, i'm doing this too much.
