Speculative Politics in the Political Economy
Finance has a long history of signifying a certain way of creating a narrative about the future be that in religion or in the spaces of magic. And there was something in that multiple meanings of speculation that I wanted to recover and to suggest that finance itself understands. In other words, as a form of politics that aims to not avoid control or manage the uncertainty of political future but endorses it.
