How to Be a Successful Student in UX

If you're a student and you're looking for that first work, get out and observe. And then write up your observations in a blog post or media clip. Take part in competitions and do interaction design that way. Or get a part-time job in sales or customer service because you learn so much just being part of that. Learn a huge amount now.
