The Post Flood Boundary

Paul Waldman: Do you think there could be a different boundary for different places on the earth that say Eocene in one location might be flood and Eocene in another location might be post flood? He says he can't really think of a good reason why that couldn't be the case. "It just, I suppose depends on the local conditions of the prevailing floodwaters now"
