How to Learn From Poor Decisions
How can we learn from poor decisions instead of repeating them over and over again? So, you know, I first had the great honor of meeting Danny Kahneman in the mid 2000s and about a dozen years ago. And his response was, the best way to do this is to keep a journal of your decisions. It doesn't have to be fancy. You really want to fend off hindsight bias and creeping determinism.
