Doughnuts
Nobody enjoys when a doughnut maker goes overboard on toppings. Stale is the opposite of fresh. You can describe as raw or doughy. An old yeasted doughnut might get chewy if it's really old, or just hard. Some doughnut shops and most grocery stores offer discounts on day old doughnuts or end of the day doughnuts. But ask yourself, is it worth it? So don't run the risk of buying a stale doughnut.
