University Campuses and Sexual Violence

Roxanne Jones: Title nine rules out sex discrimination, but doesn't require attention to other forms of a discrimination. She says the gersons and kipnes don't want to acknowledge that there's a problem on university campuses. Jones: The way we talk about rape on campus is somewhat manufactured; it's really important to know you're less likely to be subject to sexual violence on a university campus than if you don't go to university.
