Ben: One of the questions that I often get is around segmentation, exclusion audiences. Is there anything more annoying to just have a brand bomb barding you on every single channel all the time being tone deaf? Ben: We didn't want to be this case where we just keep hating people as if we don't understand who those people are and our customers getting really upset. The one thing that's ultimately the guiding measurement tool for us is this idea of incrementality and holding out people from certain things.
