"I feel like of the three different Charles Xavier deaths in the movie, this is the best one," he said. "It depicts a horrible, horrible world and then says, what do you do? Do you accept that and just like be horrible yourself?" He added: "The message is that you don't accept that cynicism... You don't say, hey, everyone's gonna die."
