The Famous Artist's Course

As a kid, Scott Adam was convinced that the universe had picked him for greatness. So he applies to a correspondence course called the famous artist's course for talented young people. It still exists today in some form and is focused on how cartooning can teach you how to make money at home. But I don't know that that was the case.
