I love your example that ideas that are complete opposites of one another can live comfortably in your head. But I call writing, pushing it into the real world because there it is on the paper. If you're having a challenge, write it out. If you don't know,write it out because you'll quickly see whether you know or not. How do you work that part into a process? Not in a process I would say a system. And personally for me, it's about doing a bit of everything.
